★ Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders must be legally registered within the People's Republic of China with independent corporate legal person status; possess corresponding qualifications and contract fulfillment capabilities, and demonstrate adequate capacity in personnel, equipment, and funding;

2. Registered capital of bidding entities must exceed RMB 3 million, with the ability to issue VAT special invoices;

3. Possess sound commercial reputation and contract fulfillment capability;

4. Possess the necessary equipment and specialized technical capabilities to fulfill the contract;

5. Maintain a sound record of lawful tax payments and social security contributions;

6. Have no major illegal records in service activities within the three years preceding this bidding activity;

7. Hold valid special equipment installation and maintenance licenses for passenger elevators and freight elevators at Class C or above, and for escalators and moving walkways at Class C or above;

8. Provide elevator maintenance filing documentation from the （略）i'an Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

9. Possess a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

★ Registration Materials:

4. Financial audit reports for at least the past two years (copies stamped with company seal);

5. Authorized agent qualification certificate from spare parts manufacturers (copies stamped with seals of both parties);

6. Quality management system and environmental management system certification qualifications of spare parts manufacturers.

7. No unified site inspection will be arranged for this procurement. Interested parties shall independently visit the project site to determine service scope and standards before submitting application materials;

8. CityOn (（略）i'an) Shopping Center will screen submitted application materials to determine invited bidders. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified separately.
