投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商参加投标，已在中国国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）成功注册，并在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件。投标产品制造商必须通过ISO9001、ISO14001或对等质量体系认证，并提供相应的证书；投标产品制造商制造2700T及以上吨位伺服多工位压力机具有3年以上的经验；在全球范围内，投标人至少有1项2700T及以上吨位伺服多工位压力机在汽车零部件加工企业或者机械制造企业成功运行的业绩，并处于正常运行状态（提供使用情况等相关证明），提供近三年（2014年1月至2017年1月）的业绩清单，清单包括但不限于以下内容：用户名、型号、联系人、联系电话；投标人在中国大陆应有良好的售后服务中心及相关服务人员，并出具相应证明材料。
