1.This invitation for Bids follows ***nt Pla***ject that appeared in the “ADB Business Opportunities” on April （略）, （略）.

2.The People’s Republic of China has recei***om the As***nt Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Gansu Baiyin Integrated Ur***nt Project, and it intends to apply p***ceeds of this ***nts under the Contract for Liuchuan Industrial Park Waste***nt Plant Supply and Installati***nt Pr***nt(delivery period （略） days)

3.China Far East International Tendering Company (CFEIT***nt agent authorized by the executing agency, Liuchuan Industrial ***nt committee (the Purchaser), now invites s***om eligible bidders for the supply of the goods and related services of***ntioned contract.

4.International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s single-stage: on***cedure and is open to a***om eligible source countries as defined in ***nt Guidelines of ADB (（略）***n******)

5.Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

(a)Minimum average annual turnover of at least CNY（略） million (or equivalent), calculated as total ce***nts received for co******pleted, within the last three (3) years (（略）, （略） and （略）).

2.中国政府已从亚洲开发银行获得一笔贷款，用于甘肃白银城市综合发展项目的费用，并计划将其中的一部（略）贷款用于（略）刘川工业园区污水处理厂处理工艺设备供货安装合同（合同号（略）-E（略））项下的合格支出（工期为（略）天）。

5.感兴趣的投标人只有满足以下关键的资格要求才能参与本次投标：
